¼ kg Chicken boiled and shredded
2 tbsps Spring onions finely chopped
half cup Carrots finely chopped
½ tbsp Ginger crushed
7-8 tbsps Spring onions greens finely chopped
2 ½- 3 tbsps Corn flour
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
One egg beaten
¾ tbsp Sugar
salt to taste
White or black pepper powder as required

Heat some oil in a deep pan for a few minutes on low heat and add spring onion whites and ginger; stir for 2 minutes.

Add the shredded chicken into the pan and mix well.

Add in the soup stock or water into the mixture with cream style corn and bring it to a boil. Put the flame on low heat and let it cook a few minutes.

Add in sugar and salt and adjust the taste while simmering the soup for 5 minutes.

Create a mixture of cornflour with 4 tbsps of water and set it aside while the soup boils.

Add in the cornflour mixture into the soup and keep simmering until the soup becomes thick. Keep your flame low and let it cook properly.

Add in the beaten egg and stir in a single direction only to mix the egg well. Mix on low heat as the egg will take the form of small white shreds and will get combined evenly.

Turn off the flame and pour your soup in a deep bowl. Serve hot with garnishing of spring onion greens and white pepper powder.
