Ready the soy paste by hydrating it according to the instructions on the packaging
Once done, drain it and let it dry and chill until it is completely cooled down.
When the soy is cold, add bread crumbs, flour, onion, garlic, black pepper, red pepper, salt, parsley, and eggs and mix them well.
