Create a mixture of lamb, green onions, garlic, curry powder, cumin, red pepper, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl. Make sure you use your hands to mix everything as it will give an excellent grip to the mixture. Mix until everything is merged perfectly.

You can either add eggs into the mixture to give a grip to the mix for frying or use them as an application before adding or frying.

Grab the medium amount of mixture in hand and create a ball. Make sure it's not too thick and not too big, or meat will not be adequately cooked. You can also use patty makers who give good form and size to the mixture. Just add some amount of dough on the patty maker and close the top. It will turn into a round and well-formed patty in n time.

You can make as many patties as you can from your mixture and set them aside to get a little firm.

You can either grill or fry the patties if you want. If you grill them, do not use eggs, and if you cook them, use them to keep them intact while frying.

Cook each side on medium heat until the meat is fully cooked. Please make sure the meat doesn't get burnt, or it will lose its taste.
