Grab the chicken and cut in into small cubes for easy cooking. Make sure you marinate them for at least 15 minutes before cooking in some soy sauce.
Cut the spring onions a little thick and cut the garlic, chilies, and ginger pieces in thin sizes. Set them aside for future use.
Heat your pan on medium heat with canola oil for at least 7-8 minutes and put the chicken into the heated oil.
Fry the meat slowly from all sides until its golden brown.
