Take a large bowl.
Add olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic.
It is a mixture to marinate chicken thighs.
Keep ½ cup of marinating mixture aside.
Take chicken thighs and put in a large bowl and toss it for coating.
Cover the marinated chicken thighs and place it in a refrigerator for almost 30 minutes.
Now fry the thighs in an air fryer basket at 400°
Keep cooking until thighs till 20 minutes.
Now Transfer the chicken thighs to a plate and cover it with a foil.
Do the same process with remaining thighs, and you can fry 2 thighs at a time.
Now take a small saucepan and pour the remaining ½ cup mixture in it and cook over medium heat.
Make the mixture all boiled.
Now reduce the heat and boil until the sauce gets slightly thick.
Brush it up over the chicken thighs and it is ready for garnishing.
