INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE SAMOSA FILLING
Put the pan on the stove on medium flame and add oil. Let it heat for a few minutes.
Fry the garlic and ginger paste for one minute then add minced chicken.
Fry the mixture for at least 5 minutes and then add salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and turmeric and cook it for 10 minutes.
Pour down the mixture in a separate bowl and add coriander leaves and green chilies. Your samosa mixture is ready, to set it aside.
DOUGH MAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the all-purpose flour, ghee, and salt in a separate bowl and kneed them with slight water sprinkle until its mixed well and becomes a hard dough.
Make small balls of dough and create your desired shape of samosa the way you want. It can be a circle shape to fill and make a ‘D,’ or you can flatten it into a cube shape and fill it in a triangular shape.
Add the chicken filling into your desired dough shape. Make sure you do not overfill, or it will break while frying. Fill the form away from edges so that you can close the ends with some flour and water mixture properly.
Heat the oil deep enough to cook the samosas entirely on medium heat. Take them out when they become golden brown.
Enjoy with different chatnis and ketchup.
