Clean the cod fillets with cold water and pat them to dry. Do them all separately.

Take a bowl and mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne peppers, paprika, dried oregano dried thyme, and club soda altogether. Mix them well.

Dip all the cod fillets in prepared mixture and line them for frying. Heat some oil in a heavy skillet and pre-heat on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add in the col fillets and fry them on low heat until fully cooked. Keep turning them for proper cooking time. Put them on oil absorbent paper in a tray to serve.
