Delicious Kaleji Recipe Pakistani is here for Eid
Kaleji in the Urdu language is used for the mutton or chicken’s liver part. Mutton lovers have great fun and excitement to eat Kaleji not just on the Eid ul Azha after Qurbani. But people here around the whole Pakistan love to have it cooked at home, and they go to special places for eating out kaleji with fresh lemon juice sprinkled. They usually eat it with ‘Roghni Naan’ or the ‘Khamiri Roti’. Some people love it grilled and others as a gravy form. Most of the Pakistani people love to eat spicy food, and that is one major part. But in Balochistan and in the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KPK), the locals don’t use much of red chili and they cook the meat and kaleji in goat or cow’s fat as well.
