Remove the skin of the back of the ribs, which prevents your spices and sauce from getting into the meat completely. Slide your knife at one end under the skin and separate it from the meat just a little. Then with the help of paper towel pull the skin off gently.
Season the ribs with spices and put the ribs in the large sheet pan covered in foil, and leave it in the fridge for two and up to 24 hours.
Put the ribs into a 350-degree oven for two hours. You can even do it on the same sheet pan.
